Our 10-week volleyball program is designed for Muslimah youth ages 13–15. This sport provides a fun way to integrate Islamic values into its teachings. A single rally requires trust, communication, and a willingness to lift up one’s teammates. Through this shared effort, Muslimah youth learn patience when a skill refuses to click, resilience when a match slips away, and quiet confidence when hard practice finally pays off.
Our curriculum gives them a clear path, honors their pace of growth, and builds both athletic ability and strong Islamic character along the way. When Muslim girls play with their Muslim peers in a female-only setting rooted in Islamic values, they are free to move, compete, and express themselves without the self-consciousness that mixed or secular spaces can invite. Modesty is honored rather than negotiated, and this comfort allows each girl to focus fully on her development and her friendships. InshaAllah as their sisterhood flourishes, teammates will become companions who share the same faith, the same reference points, and the same aspirations, forming bonds that extend well beyond the gym.
