Join us for an inspiring and transformative experience designed for Muslimah youth athletes and Muslim girls interested in sports.
To provide the best experience during our cohort, we limit registration to 10 youth per group. This will allow our Muslimah youth to get individualized attention during this experience, inshaAllah.
Our cohort fee is dependent on the cost of facility reservations and the amount of financial support we receive to offset those costs.
We serve two groups: ages 11-15 and 16+. Participants must have a genuine interest in playing sports, or already play for a team to fully benefit from the program.

Program Overview: My Sisters Keeper
Our Muslimah Youth Cohort fosters a sense of sisterhood, unity, and empowerment, encouraging Muslimah youth athletes to support, uplift, and grow alongside one another.
Monthly Halaqahs
Our topics address the unique challenges faced by Muslimah youth athletes, such as identity crises, peer pressure, and the influence of secular culture. By participating in halaqahs, your daughter can find a sense of belonging and purpose. Our halaqahs will occur during our hikes or another social event we have planned.
Community Service
Each Muslimah must participate in one community service project per month. Most of our community service will be done on a Sunday with ICNA Relief. The future of our society relies on the active participation and engagement of the youth. Community service projects also give your daughter an opportunity to give dawah.
Sports / Field Day
Our sports / field day is an exciting, intimate event filled with fun, teamwork, and friendly competition! Whether your daughter plays for a team or is still trying to figure out which sport she would like to play, we have something for everyone. This event will always occur on a Sunday and may be held indoors or outdoors depending on the weather.
Social Events
Socialization is a crucial aspect of development for Muslimah youth as it helps shape their identity, beliefs, and interpersonal skills within religious context. Engaging with peers who share similar values and experiences fosters a sense of belonging and support. Our social outings consists of indoor and outdoor events ranging from hiking to dining at halal restaurants.
Does this sounds like something you and your daughter(s) would like to be part of? If so, join us!
